Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in onsite specialized products, is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance professional to join their dedicated team. As a Warehouse Maintenance technician, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Warehouse Maintenance

**Location:** Memphis, TN

Pay Range: $15.75-17.50/hr

Shift: 1st and 2nd

What's the Job?

+ Perform routine welds to support manufacturing processes

+ Set up and calibrate machinery to ensure optimal operation

+ Maintain and upkeep equipment to prevent breakdowns

+ Read and interpret blueprints for accurate assembly and repairs

+ Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues promptly

What's Needed?

+ 1–3 years of experience in building maintenance or related field preferred

+ Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical diagrams

+ Experience with welding, machine setup, and equipment maintenance

+ Strong attention to detail and safety protocols

+ Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
