Our client, a leader in the life sciences and regulated industries, is seeking a Packaging Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Packaging Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting multiple initiatives focused on the transition and management of packaging materials and documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent stakeholder engagement, and a proactive approach to project execution, aligning seamlessly with organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
**Job Title:** Packaging Project Manager
Pay Range: $25 to $38 p/ h-w2 depending upon experience
Duration: 12 month contract
What's the Job?
+ Coordinate and support multiple projects related to packaging material transitions and documentation management.
+ Drive project milestones, facilitate stakeholder alignment across various functions including engineering, procurement, quality, and regulatory teams.
+ Assist in developing procedures, templates, and work instructions to streamline documentation and processes.
+ Track project progress, report status updates, and escalate issues for timely decision-making.
+ Maintain resource allocation reports and dashboards to ensure project transparency and accountability.
What's Needed?
+ 3-5 years of experience supporting or leading packaging projects within regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
+ Proficiency with enterprise systems like PLM and ERP, along with Microsoft 365 applications and basic project management tools.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
+ Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
+ An analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams.
