    Our client, a leading organization in the technology and manufacturing sector, is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist II to join their team. As a Sales Operations Specialist II, you will be part of the Sales Support Department supporting customer account management and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Sales Operations Specialist II

    **Location:** San Jose, CA

    **Pay Range:** $27-$33 per hour

    **Shift:** M-F, Hybrid Schedule, 8am-5pm

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide exceptional customer account support by managing order bookings, adjusting ship dates, and confirming schedules in Oracle.

    + Ensure compliance with SOX, ISO, and revenue recognition guidelines to maintain operational integrity.

    + Proactively monitor and improve customer service metrics through quality assurance and process improvements.

    + Coordinate with demand and supply planning, logistics, and finance teams to align supply with customer demand.

    + Manage operational projects related to ERP changes or IT implementations impacting supply chain processes.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding time.

    + Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and cross-functional teams.

    + Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process consistency.

    + Experience in managing customer demand and supply chain operations is preferred but not mandatory.

    + Willingness to work in a hybrid schedule with standard working hours.
