Adecco is currently assisting a local client recruiting for an **Electro-Mechanical Assembler** in Carlsbad, CA. This is a temp to hire opportunity, with starting pay rates of $19.00-$23.00/hour, depending on experience. This role involves assembling various mechanical parts and systems, ensuring they meet stringent quality standards. The Mechanical Assembler will work closely with engineers and other team members to deliver high-quality products efficiently.

**Schedule:** 5:00am – 1:30pm, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
• Able to perform general preventive maintenance on assembly equipment and tools
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, Bills of\
• Materials and other engineering documents
• Work with Assembly Lead to identify process improvements
• Work within an ESD sensitive environment
• Good time management
• Ability to read assembly drawings and/or work instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Microscopic assembly preferred
Requirements:
• A High School Diploma or GED certificate is desired
• Knowledge of Manufacturing procedures and process
• 2 to 4 years’ experience working in an electronic manufacturing environment or related area
• Must be attentive to details and be quality driven.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Must be available for overtime
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Fundamental computer skills

**Pay Details:** $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
