Summary This position is located at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant in McAlester, OK.. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Responsibilities Works as an assistant for the Facilities Operations Team Leader who makes specific assignment, explains policies and procedures and reviews work for quantity and quality of completed projects. Issues/receives recreational equipment to authorized users. Cleans recreation equipment, supplies and facility area. Prepares requirement lists for appropriated and non-appropriated supplies and equipment due to demand or need for replacement items. Opens and /or closes facilities by locking/unlocking doors and windows and assuring security system is operable Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Demonstrated ability to perform the duties described above. Must have and retain a valid driver's license Experience must be clearly reflected on resume to receive credit. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": At least 1 year of experience cleaning rooms to include quality control inspections. At least 1 year of experience with customer service and working in a team environment. Applicants who meet Highly Preferred Criteria will be referred to management first. Education Additional Information Area of Consideration This job is open to candidates who live within a 50 miles of McAlester Army Ammunition Plant in McAlester Oklahoma. (Military Spouse Preference (MSP) and Involuntarily Separated Military Preference (ISMP) eligible candidates are included in the area of consideration.) Allowances and Differentials This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
