Key Responsibilities
The Vice President of Sales will lead and grow aerospace sales platform, including:
+ Developing and executing the overall sales strategy for the Aerospace/Aviation division
+ Driving revenue growth through new business development and key account expansion
+ Managing and mentoring the sales team, setting performance targets and accountability
+ Building strong relationships with airlines, MROs, OEMs, and aerospace customers
+ Leading contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and deal structuring
+ Working cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless delivery
+ Tracking performance against budgeted targets and KPIs
+ Representing at industry events, client meetings, and strategic partnerships
Requirements
+ Senior-level sales leadership experience within aerospace, aviation, logistics, or supply chain
+ Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
+ Strong experience with **B2B sales, key account
