    Requirements

    15+ years strong and progressive experience in a manufacturing environment required. CPA/MBA/Public, Private Equity, and Small-Medium business backgrounds are preferred. This role will have you supervising a small team, while also acting as a hands-on leader. Client is looking for more than a Controller, as this position will be doing a lot of FP& A and reporting work, and possibly some M& A as well. Only those with a strong personality, who can drive the business and thrive in a fast-paced setting will succeed here.
