    Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Maumee, Ohio. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the recruitment process within a fast-paced environment. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering the opportunity to grow while contributing to the success of our organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

    • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to maintain organized records and streamline hiring activities.

    • Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

    • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and company values.

    • Maintain clear and detail-oriented communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

    • Leverage job boards, social media platforms, and other resources to attract top talent.

    • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to leadership and suggest improvements to processes.

    • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout all recruitment activities.

    • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance recruitment efficiency. Requirements

    • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in corporate or high-volume environments.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

    • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage professionally with candidates and team members.

    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software

    • Self-motivated and able to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.

    • Knowledge of transportation industry recruitment practices is a plus but not required.

    • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and processes.

    • Business casual dress code is required for this role.
