Description We are looking for a skilled Attorney to join a nationally recognized law firm as the founding associate of its new Dallas, Texas office. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead civil litigation efforts while establishing the firm’s presence in the region. The position combines legal expertise with strategic leadership, creating a pathway for significant career growth and influence.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in various civil litigation cases, including handling pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.

• Act as the primary legal representative for the Dallas office, fostering strong relationships with clients and the community.

• Collaborate with firm leadership to develop market strategies, drive client acquisition, and engage in community outreach.

• Provide strategic legal advice that anticipates client needs and emphasizes proactive solutions.

• Work closely with attorneys across diverse practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.

• Establish best practices and operational processes as part of the new office setup.

• Maintain a client-focused approach, prioritizing effective outcomes and long-term partnerships.

• Participate in initiatives to strengthen the firm's regional branding and presence. Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.

• Active bar admission in Texas and California.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation, including courtroom advocacy and case strategy.

• Proven ability to manage client relationships independently with professionalism and confidence.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building a new office and establishing market presence.

• Strong communication skills with a consultative approach to legal services.

• Collaborative attitude and ability to work across multiple practice areas.

• Demonstrated leadership qualities and commitment to delivering exceptional legal outcomes.
