Description
We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team in Irving, Texas. This contract position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in human resources and onboarding processes. The role involves engaging with new team members, ensuring smooth transitions, and collaborating with various teams to support recruitment and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, including welcome calls and orientation sessions.
• Conduct quality control calls to ensure employee satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with operations managers and district managers to manage offer letters and background checks.
• Provide support with benefits-related inquiries and ensure accurate reporting of new employee data.
• Partner with vocational schools and military recruiting avenues to source candidates with relevant experience.
• Perform light sourcing and market research to identify potential talent pools.
• Prepare administrative reports detailing new employee starts and transitions.
• Work closely with talent acquisition teams to reopen job orders when necessary.
• Utilize preferred software tools for reporting and administrative tasks.
• Assist in marketing initiatives to enhance recruitment efforts.
Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in onboarding or human resources.
• Proficiency in conducting employee orientations and mentoring team members.
• Strong skills in benefits administration and employee relations.
• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Excel for reporting and administrative purposes.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and market research.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience collaborating with vocational schools or recruitment programs is a plus.
