Description We are looking for an entry-level Business Analyst to join our team in Juno Beach, Florida. In this role, you will conduct financial and operational analyses to support data-driven decision-making, leveraging tools and techniques to deliver actionable insights. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while gaining valuable experience in business analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed operational and financial analyses to support decision-making and business strategies.

• Utilize tools such as Excel, Power BI, and databases to design and develop reports and dashboards for performance tracking.

• Perform quantitative and qualitative research to support demand modeling, locational analysis, and growth strategies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project execution and ensure efficient resource allocation.

• Create and refine processes to transform qualitative data into measurable quantitative insights.

• Support the development and enhancement of analytical tools and capabilities to improve data coverage and accuracy.

• Assist with special projects by applying market intelligence and predictive modeling techniques.

• Analyze business trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve operational performance.

• Document processes and workflows to maintain consistency and provide clear guidelines for teams.

• Apply problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve data processing and reporting methods. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

• 0-5 years of experience in business analysis, data management, or process improvement.

• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL for data analysis and reporting.

• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.

• Organized approach to managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of financial analysis and modeling techniques.

• Ability to design and implement strategies that enhance data management and reporting capabilities.
