Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to homeowners, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience. This is a contract-to-hire position offers the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with homeowners in a detail-oriented and courteous manner, ensuring their needs are met with positivity and efficiency.

• Handle a variety of inbound customer inquiries, including website assistance, escrow questions, and processing payoffs.

• Identify and refer eligible homeowners for refinancing opportunities to the appropriate department.

• Conduct outbound collection activities on accounts with varying levels of delinquency, prioritizing those less than 30 days past due.

• Route calls to the appropriate internal teams based on escalation paths and customer needs.

• Meet and exceed performance metrics and service expectations.

• Utilize proprietary software systems effectively, providing feedback for system improvements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational success.

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role, preferably within a call center environment.

• Prior experience in mortgage servicing, including property tax, insurance, collections, or customer service, is preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.

• Ability to work flexible hours, ranging from part-time to extended schedules.

• Strong customer focus and the ability to adapt to diverse personality types.

• Willingness to learn and use proprietary servicing software.

• Background in mortgage servicing within a call center is highly desirable.

• Experience in either mortgage servicing or call center environments is acceptable. TalentMatch®
