Description

Our team is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administrator with at least three years of direct experience and strong redlining skills. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing contracts, facilitating negotiations with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance throughout the contract lifecycle. The role of Contracts Administrator is in-office within the San Jose area.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Review, draft, and redline various agreements, including vendor, client, and service contracts

+ Support negotiation processes and coordinate contract revisions with legal counsel and business teams

+ Maintain accurate contract records and monitor important deadlines and renewals

+ Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and applicable regulations

+ Assist with contract administration workflow, including tracking, reporting, and document storage

+ Communicate professionally with colleagues, vendors, and clients regarding contract terms and requirements

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator or similar role

+ Demonstrated expertise in redlining and contract negotiation

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office and contract management systems

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

+ Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification is a plus
