Senior Tax Preparer

What You’ll Do

+ Prepare and review individual tax returns (primarily Form 1040).

+ Communicate directly with clients to gather documentation and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience.

+ Deliver tax analysis, projections, and strategic planning recommendations.

+ Stay current on tax laws to provide optimized solutions.

+ Collaborate closely with advisors to integrate tax strategies into holistic wealth plans.

What We’re Looking For

+ 3+ years of tax preparation experience, ideally with high‑net‑worth clients.

+ Proficiency in Lacerte (this is required).

+ Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

+ EA designation preferred (CPA also considered).

+ Experience with multi‑state returns and California tax compliance.

+ Knowledge of estate and gift tax concepts, as well as advanced planning, is a plus.
