    Key Responsibilities:

    + Respond to incoming calls efficiently and professionally, addressing questions, concerns, or requests.

    + Accurately document call information in internal systems and update customer records.

    + Provide timely resolution of issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.

    + Meet established performance metrics for call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

    + Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure a positive overall customer experience.

    Requirements

    + Previous experience in a call center or high-volume customer service role preferred.

    + Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

    + Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and new processes quickly.

    + Strong attention to detail and proficiency in basic computer applications.

    + Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
