    Job Title: Pharmacy Technician – Onsite (Memphis, TN)Position Overview

     

    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team in a Central Fill pharmacy environment located in Memphis, TN. In this onsite role, you will support pharmacists with essential daily operations—including manual entry, product picking, replenishment, labeling, and operating automated equipment. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a 90-day probationary period for candidates looking to grow with a stable and supportive organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Support pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications.

    + Perform accurate manual entry, picking, and replenishing of products for prescription fulfillment.

    + Operate automated sorting, counting, and packaging equipment.

    + Fill bottles and automated cells with tablets and capsules according to prescriptions.

    + Apply prescription labels to containers and packaging with precision.

    + Receive, organize, and store incoming pharmaceutical supplies.

    + Conduct inventory counts and update computer systems to maintain accurate stock records.

    + Clean and maintain equipment as required.

    + Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining an orderly and compliant pharmacy environment.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    + Active Tennessee State Pharmacy Technician License.

    + Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmacy operations.

    + Pharmacy Technician Certification or Licensure as required by state law.

    + Strong data entry accuracy and inventory management skills.

    Preferred Skills & Experience

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + Experience working in a closed-door pharmacy environment.

    + Proficiency in fulfillment operations including picking, packing, and scanning.

    + Customer service experience—call center experience is a plus.

    + Familiarity with compounding procedures and insurance processes.

    Work Environment & Schedule

    + Onsite Location: 4971 Southridge, Memphis, TN

    + Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday

    + Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM

    + Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

    + 4-day, 10-hour shifts with potential for overtime.

    + Must have reliable transportation.

    + Work involves operating computer systems, pharmacy equipment, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
