Grinding Technician

**Location:** Minneapolis, MN

**Pay:** $22/hr

**Shift:** 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

About the Role

Join our team as a **Grinding Technician** and work in a high-precision, low-volume environment where quality matters. You’ll set up and operate CNC grinding machines, perform honing and heat treating, and assist in other areas like deburring and packaging. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills and grow in a collaborative shop setting.

What You’ll Do

+ Set up and operate CNC grinding machines

+ Perform honing and heat treating

+ Assist with deburring, packaging, and other tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

+ CNC grinding experience or CNC education

+ Ability to read blueprints

+ Willingness to help in other areas

+ **Preferred:** Experience in an ISO environment and CNC grinder setup

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
