Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support our new weekend shift at a manufacturing facility. The primary focus will be on keeping equipment operational during the weekend and assisting with preventive maintenance tasks around the facility as needed.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain dispensing equipment, replace motors, and diagnose and fix mechanical failures.
+ Replace and repair mixing heads, equipment on lines, and epoxy equipment, as well as unclog equipment.
+ Utilize multimeters for equipment signal checking and replace as needed.
+ Handle CMMS work orders for preventative maintenance, lubricate equipment, check wiring, and perform routine PM tasks on equipment and machines.
+ Conduct general PLC troubleshooting of industrial automated equipment.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with automated equipment and motors.
+ Proficiency in machine troubleshooting and mechanical troubleshooting.
+ Basic PLC troubleshooting skills are required.
+ Ability to use multimeters and read electrical schematics.
+ Experience in diagnosing and maintaining equipment, particularly epoxy and dispensing equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience maintaining manufacturing and automated equipment is required.
+ Millwright experience is nice to have.
+ A technical degree is nice to have.

Work Environment
The shift is Friday to Sunday from 6 AM to 6 PM, with training during the week. We offer flexibility on weekday training times. You will support a weekend shift of 12 employees in a hollow fiber work cell area, maintaining equipment and performing preventive maintenance as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St Paul, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
