Assembler – Contract to Hire

+ Assemble components and finished products using blueprints and technical instructions

+ Safely and efficiently operate hand tools, power tools, and industrial machinery

+ Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency

+ Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized

+ Work closely with teammates to improve processes and productivity

+ Maintain accurate production records and communicate progress

+ Experiance in assembly, production, or light manufacturing

+ Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

+ Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments

+ Strong attention to detail and a natural mechanical aptitude

This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
