    Responsibilities

    + Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery, heavy equipment, and related systems in two general buildings.

    + Work with equipment including hydraulic presses, welding machines, automated saws, air systems, lathes, CNC & manual, pneumatic equipment, and water jet machines.

    + Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective repair solutions.

    + Replace defective parts, such as gears, bearings, and other components.

    + Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they result in equipment failure.

    + Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot mechanical problems and develop appropriate repair strategies.

    + Install new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper setup and calibration for optimal performance.

    + Adjust and fine-tune equipment settings based on operational requirements.

    + Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and time spent.

    + Prepare reports on equipment status and provide recommendations for improvements or upgrades.

    Monday - Friday Schedule; OT Available
