Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

Candidates will be responsible for overseeing the warehouse and customer service desk. While in the warehouse, they will operate an SAP system to manage the shipping and receiving department. They will need to pick and pack orders throughout a five-story high warehouse, which requires climbing stairs. While managing the customer service desk, they will greet customers at the front desk and assist with concerns, returns, and sales. Candidates must be comfortable with customer interactions and working in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

+ Oversee the warehouse and customer service desk operations.

+ Operate an SAP system for managing shipping and receiving.

+ Pick and pack orders throughout a five-story warehouse.

+ Climb stairs as needed for accessing various warehouse levels.

+ Greet customers at the front desk and assist with concerns, returns, and sales.

Essential Skills

+ 1+ year of experience with SAP or similar systems.

+ 2+ years of warehouse experience.

+ 2+ years of inventory control experience.

+ Proficiency in operating a forklift, RF scanner, and pallet jack.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Hydraulic knowledge is a plus.

+ Customer service experience is beneficial.

+ Forklift experience is advantageous.

Work Environment

This is a 1st shift position with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Racine, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
