    Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

    Job Description

    The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will oversee all building and facilities maintenance at our manufacturing facility. This role involves managing relationships with outside contractors and overseeing building grounds, HVAC systems, boilers, transformers, gas services, plumbing, and more. The supervisor will also manage a team of 3-4 maintenance technicians, maintain records using Microsoft Office and QAD ERP systems, and create preventive maintenance and inspection schedules while adhering to a budget.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee all building and facilities maintenance at the manufacturing facility.

    + Manage relationships with outside contractors.

    + Supervise building grounds, HVAC systems, boilers, transformers, gas services, plumbing, and more.

    + Maintain records of facilities including boilers, transformers, gas services, and restrooms using Microsoft Office.

    + Supervise a team of 3-4 maintenance technicians.

    + Utilize the QAD ERP system for preventive maintenance and parts management.

    + Create and manage facilities maintenance and inspection schedules.

    + Adhere to and manage a facilities maintenance budget.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 4 years of maintenance supervising experience.

    + Experience in building and facilities maintenance, including building grounds, HVAC, plumbing, and boilers.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, for record-keeping.

    + Experience in managing and adhering to a budget.

    + Preventive maintenance experience.

    + Understanding of electrical systems, including switch gears.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Carey, OH.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
