Solderer Assembler

**Location:** Minnetonka, MN

**Pay:** $20-21/hr

**Shift:** 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

About the Role

Join our **Cabling Department** as a **Solderer Assembler** , where you’ll work on mechanical assembly and precision soldering for PCB boards. If you enjoy hands-on work and have an eye for detail, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

+ Perform mechanical assembly tasks

+ Execute through-hole and wire soldering on PCB boards

+ Use small hand tools for assembly and soldering

What We’re Looking For

+ **Experience:** 6+ months soldering experience

+ **Skills:** Proficient with small hand tools and assembly techniques

+ **Preferred:** Experience in mechanical assembly and soldering

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
