The Sales Representative is responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
Job Description:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
+ Present and sell company products and service to current and potential clients.
+ Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
+ Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
+ Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
+ Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
+ Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
+ Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
+ Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
+ Manage account service through quality checks and other follow-up.
+ Identify and resolve client concerns.
+ Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
+ Comply with Lancaster Foods, Inc. policies and procedures.
SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
+ High School Diploma/GED required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related degree preferred.
+ Ability to operate a variety of powered industrial trucks.
+ Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people.
+ Ability to effectively organize and coordinate multiple priorities; ability to work well as a team leader; ability to problem-solve.
+ Strong customer service abilities; actively looks for ways to assist customers and coworkers.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
+ Ability to sit for up to 8 hours a day, talking on a phone and working on a computer.
+ Withstanding temperature extremes in indoor and outdoor environments.
+ Reading and writing work-related documents in English.
+ Speech recognition and clarity, including the ability to understand the speech of customers and co-workers and the ability to speak clearly so that you can be understood by customers and co-workers in English.
+ Constantly communicates and receives verbal communication.

+ Typical office equipment (computers, phone system, fax, copiers, scanners, among others).
Giants Ridge, managed by Guest Services, Inc., is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Guest Services Agent. This role is often the first point of contact for our guests, making it one of the most important positions in creating a welcoming, memorable experience.
As a Guest Services Agent, you’ll assist with ticket sales, season passes, and other resort products, while providing helpful information about resort activities. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where strong communication, professionalism, and attention to detail are key.
This position starts as seasonal but may develop into year-round employment as the seasons change and resort operations continue. Part-time and full-time positions available.
