    Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking skilled weekend maintenance technicians to join our team. We are building teams of two, each consisting of one mechanically inclined and one electrically inclined technician. Your role will involve troubleshooting CNC equipment and foundry equipment, as well as performing minor fabrication using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot CNC and foundry equipment.

    + Perform minor fabrication using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.

    + Troubleshoot and repair 3-phase motors.

    + Read electrical schematics and troubleshoot 480V and 220V electrical systems.

    + Troubleshoot and maintain PLC, electrical, mechanical, and CNC systems, including lathes and mills.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in troubleshooting CNC equipment and foundry equipment.

    + Basic knowledge of MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.

    + Experience with 3-phase motor repair.

    + Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics for 480V and 220V systems.

    + Experience with PLC, electrical, and mechanical maintenance.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Familiarity with Maak, Haas, Fanuc, Morisieki, and Okuma machinery is highly preferred.

    Work Environment

    You must be available to work weekends as every shift includes weekend work. The schedule consists of five workdays a week with a rotating two days off. Example schedules include working Wednesday through Sunday and having Monday and Tuesday off, or working Friday through Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
