    Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description

     

    As a Maintenance Technician, you will work with a variety of instrumentation devices such as thermocouples, motor tachometers, temperature controllers, and pressure transducers. You will be responsible for installing electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation devices according to diagrams and schematics, ensuring the efficient operation of equipment using tools like multi-meters and oscilloscopes.

    Responsibilities

    + Install electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation devices following diagrams and schematics.

    + Use multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and machine-specific instrumentation to ensure equipment operates correctly.

    + Inspect, troubleshoot, and adjust electrical and mechanical equipment, including instrumentation devices and related information systems.

    + Handle 480v systems, including installation, replacement, and troubleshooting.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial equipment.

    + Experience in electrical maintenance, specifically with 480v systems.

    + Familiarity with instrumentation devices such as thermocouples, transducers, and temperature controllers.

    + Knowledge of DC motors, drives, and heater circuits.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in the extrusion industry.

    + Proficient in heater controls.

    Work Environment

    Work in a cleanroom environment that requires wearing a hair net and beard net. The role is based in a manufacturing environment where you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and provide your own tools.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $78272.00/yr.
