    Position Summary

    Responsible for overseeing and executing the cash reconciliation process within the organization, with expanded responsibilities that include forward balance reconciliation, provider-level adjustment research, and proactive communication with payers and clients. This is a role requiring strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a self-starter mindset. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate cash management, resolve discrepancies, and implement efficient processes to enhance overall financial integrity.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Maintain daily cash reconciliation processes, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly resolved.

    + Perform manual payment posting and reconciliation.

    + Conduct **forward balance reconciliation** to identify and resolve outstanding balances.

    + Research and analyze **provider-level adjustments (PLBs)** to ensure accurate application and reporting.

    + Communicate effectively with **payers and clients** to resolve issues, clarify discrepancies, and maintain strong relationships.

    + Collaborate across departments to streamline workflows and improve reconciliation processes.

    + Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing best practices.

    Required Qualifications

    + Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

    + Working knowledge of Specialty Healthcare industry practices.

    + Specialty Healthcare industry knowledge

    + At least 1 year of cash reconciliation experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Excellent analytical and communication skills.

    + Bachelor Degree preferred

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $18.50 - $35.29

     

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
