Implement the base Resource Protection Program (RPP) in accordance with Air Force directives.
Responsibilities
+ Implement the base Resource Protection Program (RPP) in accordance withAir Force directives to include:
+ Train RPP custodians in subordinate units on procedures and methods for protecting base resources from theft and fraud, and controlled areas from unauthorized access
+ Conduct anti-robbery and controlled area access exercises
+ Conduct base audits to ensure compliance and recommend program improvements
+ Work closely with Air Force Counterparts and have good line of communication
+ Maintain appointment letters and unit monitor/custodian's certifications
+ Ensure facilities meet the required resource protection requirements
+ Provides controlled area monitoring training
+ Maintains documentation for controller areas are maintained
+ Conduct exercises pertaining to unauthorized entry and anti-robbery procedures
+ Unit S4 responsible for vehicles, property and supplies.
+ Maintain Shift Supervisors (Work shift when needed).
+ Function as the security vehicle maintenance officer.
+ Base Key Controller.
+ Act as the primary POC for Emergency Communication Center Supervisor.
Qualifications
+ U.S. citizen.
+ Able to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance.
+ Three-years prior law enforcement experience, preferably with expertise in resource protection.
+ Must have valid driver's license.
