Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay UltraSource is currently seeking applicants for a Facility Technician in Hollis, NH. In this position, the Facility Technician is responsible for precious metal recovery from shielding and other sputtered materials and facility preventive maintenance tasks.

Job Location:

Hollis, NH is a small suburb in Southern New Hampshire, an hour north of Boston, MA and conveniently located near other major cities and access points in the New England area. Vishay UltraSource has 27,000 sq. ft of manufacturing space and approximately 80 employees working between two shifts.

What you will be doing:

+ Precious metal recovery using sandblast cabinet and hand tools.

+ Maintain the sandblaster following the OEM inspections and maintenance tasks.

+ HEPA pre-filters and other filter replacements.

+ Maintain all facility areas, Sandblasting, DI water, and hazardous waste treatment area.

+ Maintain inventory of spare and replacement parts for applicable equipment and tasks.

+ Participate in Vishay UltraSource’s Joint Loss Management Committee (JLMC).

+ Other tasks as defined

What you will bring along:

+ High School Diploma required, associate’s degree preferred.

+ Previous machine shop experience a plus.

+ Must have good hand-eye coordination, endurance for repetitive tasks, attention to detail and ability to focus on the task.

+ Ability to communicate information clearly and accurately both in writing and verbally.

+ Knowledge of how to use various hands tools

+ Ability to lift, move, carry, push, and pull between up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.

+ Available to work evenings and/or weekend as needed.

Pay Range:

$21-23/hr
