Job Summary
The POS & Restaurant Systems Analyst is responsible to support in-restaurant menu systems and endpoint technologies. The role ensures recipe and deal configurations are accurate and up to date, oversees end-to-end testing, system monitoring, and the supports efficient rollout of menu changes across restaurants to maintain seamless operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The role leads the design and maintenance of technical standards and guides for Windows devices and point-of-sale, manage Windows OS patching, and respond to performance or security issues. The role supports franchisees, guide cross-functional collaboration, and drive the development of future-ready, secure, and efficient restaurant technology solutions.
This position is based out of our Louisville Restaurant Support Center and will report directly to the Sr Manager, International Restaurant Solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)
+ Manage in-restaurant systems, overseeing accurate menu setup, testing, and rollout of new products, promotions, and recipe updates.
+ Ensure alignment with operational standards by collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and third-party vendors.
+ Provide training, support, and documentation for franchisees and restaurant teams on POS operations and menu management.
+ Audit menu configurations to identify and resolve issues proactively.
+ Evaluate and implement innovations to improve POS and menu management efficiency and accuracy across global markets.
+ Design, implement, and maintain technical standards for consistent configuration and compliance across Windows devices.
+ Manage software and OS patching through IT Management software to reduce vulnerabilities and ensure timely updates.
+ Monitor endpoint performance and security, responding to incidents and resolving issues promptly.
+ Provide second-line support for POS-related issues escalated from Help Desk or regional IT teams.
+ Maintain documentation of endpoint configurations, policies, and procedures, supporting audits and compliance efforts.
