• Network Engineer

    TEKsystems (Sioux Falls, SD)


    We’re seeking four Network Engineers with an intermediate technical knowledge to support a large, distributed network environment. This role focuses heavily on routing and switching, wireless support, and access point configuration. Experience with Cisco or Aruba is preferred, but candidates with other platform experience who can learn quickly are welcome.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Support and maintain routing and switching across a large multi‑site environment.

    + Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot wireless access points and wireless networks.

    + Work within SAN zones and assist with general network infrastructure tasks.

    + Perform hands‑on work across hundreds of network closets, including occasional fiber and cabling tasks.

    + Collaborate with team members to ensure stable, secure, and high‑performing network operations.

    + Primarily onsite work, with some flexibility for remote tasks as needed.

    Required Skills

    + Intermediate‑level network engineering experience.

    + Strong routing and switching experience.

    + Wireless networking and access point configuration experience.

    + Familiarity with Cisco and/or Aruba technologies (or ability to learn quickly).

    Nice to Have

    + Experience with additional networking platforms or tools.

    + Exposure to SAN environments or fiber‑optic cabling.

    Additional Qualifications

    + Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

    + Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $50.00/hr.
