    This position is not a high‑call‑volume job—it's a HEAVY email and case‑resolution role focused on delivering exceptional service to drivers and supporting our Account Managers who oversee large vehicle fleets.

     

    What You’ll Do

    As a key member of the Customer Support Team, you’ll help keep drivers on the road and fleets running smoothly by:

    Customer Support & Problem Solving

    + Managing a high volume of customer emails and case work through Salesforce

    + Assisting with vehicle ordering, service inquiries, and unique issues (such as impounds or missing documents)

    + Educating drivers on future steps, services, and resources

    + Performing detailed research to find answers and thinking creatively to resolve complex issues

    Communication & Collaboration

    + Working closely with a variety of internal departments

    + Communicating daily with both internal teams and external customers via MS Teams, phone, and email

    + Making outbound follow‑up calls to drivers and customers as needed

    System & Data Responsibilities

    + Handling CRM case management in Salesforce

    + Entering and updating customer information while actively engaging with them

    + Using internal systems to:

    + Create vehicle selectors

    + Process billing changes

    + Generate reports

    + Distribute insurance cards

    + Update driver data

    + Contacting drivers to collect missing information via phone and email

    What You BringMust‑Haves

    + 2+ years of office‑based customer service experience

    + Strong written communication skills and polished, professional grammar

    + Excellent computer skills; ability to work across multiple databases and screens

    + Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and basic Excel (plus willingness to learn more)

    + 40+ WPM typing speed (typing test required)

    + High school diploma

    Nice to Have

    + Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Schaumburg, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
