Your Impact

+ Work in a fun, energetic environment that makes you excited to come to work

+ Produce inspection-ready insulation kits, individually or as part of a team

+ Identify and select correct raw materials and tooling

+ Cut, trim, shape, assemble, and finish parts or kits per work instructions

+ Label products accurately and in accordance with specifications

+ Consistently meet production standards for quality and quantity

+ Document fabrication activities and material usage

+ Maintain accountability for tools, templates, and shop aids

+ Follow direction from Fabrication Crew Leaders and Production Supervisors

+ Comply with all safety policies and report unsafe conditions

+ Perform other duties as needed to support G-Force operations

What You’ll Need

+ High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

+ Ability to operate manual and automated equipment

+ Understanding of job travelers and cut lists

+ Proficiency in basic math and written/verbal communication

+ Ability to read and work with fractions and decimals

+ Ability to follow written, verbal, or diagram-based instructions

+ Reliable attendance with flexibility for overtime as needed

+ Commitment to the Goodwill Mission

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (with or without accommodation)

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, reaching, crawling, and climbing

+ Visual acuity to ensure accuracy, neatness, and quality of work

+ Comfortable working in a moderate manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to temperature changes, noise, dust, or fumes
