    Job Description:

    Required skills:

    Seeking strong Performance Engineers with technical expertise in performance testing as well as system monitoring, analytical acumen for problem-solving and effective communication to ensure applications and platforms meet reliability, scalability, and efficiency goals.

     

    Technical Skills

     

    Performance Testing Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, NeoLoad, or Dynatrace for scripting, execution, and analysis.

     

    Monitoring & Observability: Strong skills in using APM and observability platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus) to track system health and diagnose issues.

     

    Scripting & Automation: Experience with scripting languages (Python, Shell, PowerShell, etc.) for test automation and scenario creation.

    Nice to have skills:

    System & Application Architecture: Solid understanding of web, API, cloud, and distributed system architectures to design meaningful performance tests.

     

    Analytical & Problem-Solving

     

    Bottleneck Identification: Ability to analyze test results, pinpoint performance bottlenecks, and recommend remediation.

     

    Root Cause Analysis: Skilled in tracing issues across application layers (network, database, backend, frontend) and using profiling/debugging tools.

     

    Data Analysis: Comfortable working with large data sets, logs, and metrics to identify trends and anomalies.

     

    Process & Methodology

     

    Test Planning & Strategy: Experience designing performance test plans, workload modeling, and test data management aligned with business objectives.
