LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst for a contract to hire opportunity with our client in Bolden Valley, MN.
Requirements:
+ Sr. Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience.
+ Able to work across multiple projects.
+ Must have strong communication, facilitation and solutioning skills.
+ Able to effectively drive meetings at Stakeholder and Sr. Leader level.
+ Effective articulation of complex systems and subject matter.
+ Strong knowledge of Business process documentation/mapping.
+ Solid understanding of varying project life cycle approaches, but not blind adherence to a particular methodology.
The base hourly range for this contract position is $50-80 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
