At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role is $27.78 per hour.

Minimum REQUIREMENTS:

Understand and calculate percentages

Must be able to accurately detail plans and product usage

Ability to perform essential functions of the position

Demonstrate high proficiency GMP adherence

Demonstrate leadership skills/experience

Schedule flexibility to move to assist where the current rework opportunity needs exist

Good verbal/written communication skills and communicate with all levels of employees

Knowledge, skills, and abilities (technical skills and aptitude, problem solving ability, applied and continuous learning, quality orientation, safety awareness, working effectively with others)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Designed to be the primary planning, scheduling, and executing person for the reworking of problem product

The key elements of this position are to maximize the opportunities to reduce the inventory of problem cheese by executing a developed plan without jeopardizing product quality or SOI

All other duties as assigned.

This is a Night shfit position

Preferred Qualities:

Previous manufacturing experience

Experience in food or dairy industries

Effective communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team

Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
