H3O Interventional Psychiatry, a rapidly growing, forward thinking psychiatry group in Twin Falls, Idaho is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join its team. This clinic has been serving the community for three years, with a second Idaho location opening soon. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, science driven, patient centered practice at the forefront of modern psychiatric care.

The group specializes in treatment resistant depression and offers a full suite of advanced interventions, including, Ketamine therapy, TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), Spravato (Esketamine) and is on the forefront of other cutting-edge FDA approved treatment modalities.

The group serves a diverse patient population and highly values professionals who bring empathy, openness, and strong interpersonal connection to their work.

Position Details:

+ Full-time position with 4/10 schedule

+ Low volumes allowing for high-quality of care given to each patient

+ Large variety of cases and diverse patient population

+ Training and mentorship provided

+ Highly supportive and collegial team

+ Leading edge and rapidly expanding practice that supports long-term mental wellness

Compensation & Benefits:

+ Compensation is between $130,000 and $180,000 per year

+ Compensation is based on experience

+ Full benefits including health, vision, dental, retirement, PTO and more

Qualifications & Requirements:

+ Must be a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in the State of Idaho

+ New graduates with appropriate experience are welcome to apply
