•Insight Global is seeking a Knowledge Management & Document Control Specialist to support Readiness programs across the EMEA and APAC regions. This role partners closely with the regional Readiness Program Manager to ensure engineering and construction documentation is accurate, compliant, accessible, and ready to support project execution.

The specialist will play a critical role in maintaining document quality and integrity, supporting document readiness processes, assisting with system migrations, and providing day-to-day support to cross-functional teams. This position is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.

Skills and Requirements

• • 4+ years of experience in construction or engineering project environments, with strong document control or knowledge management experience

• Proven ability to collect, organize, validate, and maintain project documentation across defined approval phases

• Experience supporting document readiness, including Plan of Record (POR), design, IFC, and construction turnover documentation

• Strong understanding of document control principles, including metadata, taxonomy, and version control

• Experience working with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)

• Ability to support bulk document migration and metadata updates using internal tools or systems

• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and quality

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional and regional stakeholders

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt in a dynamic environment  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)

• Experience supporting readiness programs or large-scale infrastructure / construction initiatives

• Experience facilitating or participating in regular document or product review meetings

• Experience maintaining dashboards or reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and reliability

• Background creating end-user training materials, process documentation, or workflow guidance

• Strong systems-thinking mindset with an interest in process improvement and operational efficiency
