    One of our leading retail clients is seeking a motivated and curious Junior Cybersecurity Analyst to support the established Cybersecurity team. This role will focus on cloud security fundamentals, security operations activities, and helping maintain a strong security posture across cloud environments.

     

    The ideal candidate has some exposure to cloud technologies (Azure preferred), a foundational understanding of security principles, and an eagerness to learn more about SASE/Zero Trust, access management, and security tooling.     Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).

    • 0–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud administration, IT support, or similar technical areas.

    • Fundamental understanding of:

    • Cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable)

    • Network basics and introductory Zero Trust concepts

    • Identity and access management, including basic familiarity with SAML or 0Auth

    • Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and willingness to learn new technologies.

    • Solid written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences. Technical Skills (Nice to Have / Preferred)

     

    (Not required — but great bonuses!)

     

    • Exposure to any SASE platform (Netskope, Palo Alto, Zscaler, etc.).

    • Introductory understanding of security monitoring or SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel, etc.).

    • Experience with endpoint tools such as CrowdStrike, CyberArk, or any MDM platform.

    • Familiarity with security/compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).

    • Certifications such as Security+, Azure Fundamentals, or similar early-career certs.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Internship experience or academic project work in cloud security, networking, or identity management.

    • Experience in retail or e‑commerce is a plus, but not required.
