Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Secret Full Stack Developer based in Dahlgren, Virginia, to provide support throughout the entire software and hardware lifecycle. This support includes assisting with the planning and deployment of the software and hardware lifecycles. This developer must have an active secret clearance, IAT Level II certification, and a high school diploma. This role requires 3-5 years' experience resolving customer issues through diagnosis and implementing tools to improve productivity in AWS and Azure cloud environments. This role also requires experience serving as a subject matter expert for stakeholders across customer, IT, and engineering teams to address technical deployment challenges. The candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing automated tests, such as Unit, Performance, Acceptance, and Functional, along with software codes for web applications to integrate analytics, report components, and data. Experience with GitLab project management (including CI/CD and Version Control), as well as with JavaScript and scripting, is important. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting and validating code changes to ensure accuracy. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are critical for this role. The salary for this role ranges from $95,000-$120,000, based on experience.

Skills and Requirements

-Secret Clearance

-IAT Level II Certification

-High school diploma

-3-5 years' experience with resolving customers' issues through diagnosis or implementations of tools to improve productivity in AWS and Azure cloud environments.

-Experience standing as a subject matter expert for stakeholders in customer, IT and engineering teams to fix technical deployment issues

-Experience developing and overseeing automated tests, such as Unit, Performance, Acceptance, and Functional) and software codes for web applications to integrate analytics, reporting components, and data.

-Experience using Gitlab Project management (including CI/CD and Version Control), JavaScript, and scripting

-Experience troubleshooting and ensuring code changes are accurate

-Strong customer service and communication skills -Bachelor's degree

-Experience with web technologies (including Python Flask, Vue.js, Java Spring, and an understanding of HTML)

-Understanding of troubleshooting Kubernetes infrastructure and application deployments

-Experience using IaaS solutions, such as on-premises and/or hybrid computing for cloud, security systems and cloud identity, cloud storage, monitoring and logging

-Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including outing, TCP/IP, VPNs, Peering, VLANs, Load Balancing, and Peering.

-Experience using Typescript, Docker and Gitlab
