What** **you’ll** **do** **:

As a Foreman, you understand the importance of providing expert and quality service. We are looking for an individual who has:

+ Coach, mentor and train OEM service technicians

+ Understand the processes and procedures for major repairs to systems found in commercial HVAC facilities

+ Understand airside systems,includingconstant volume, VAV systems.

+ Understand water side systemsincludinghot water, chilled water, and condenser water, etc.

+ Ensure compliance with City, State, and EPA regulations bymaintainingdetailed maintenance records

+ Identifyand mitigate risks tomaintaina safe working environment

+ Collaborate with management to support safety and operational standards

+ Consult with customersregardingresolution of HVAC issues

+ Provide technicalassistanceto Sales, Service Coordination and Technicians

+ Assistcrew in setting and obtaining goals and training

+ Perform normal Journeyman HVAC activities andadditionaltasks as assigned

+ Partner with service manager in planning, assigning, and directing work

+ Assistservice team to execute maintenance on time and repairs within performance standards.

+ Assistmarket team with replacement and retrofit projects

Required Qualifications:

As a Foreman, you understand the importance of providing expert service and quality. We are looking for an individual who has:

+ 8+ years practical working experience in theCommercialHVAC Industry

+ Ability to Push / Pull / Lift 50lbs

+ Must be able to stand, crawl, sit, squat of extendedperiod of time, climb a ladder, and the ability to work on rooftop

+ High School Diploma/GED

+ Possessandmaintainvalid and current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier

Preferred Qualifications** **:

Other experience and qualities you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:

+ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

+ Experience in dealing with a number of simultaneous challenges, requiring knowledge of many different disciplines.

+ Experience with Automated Logic and Phoenix softwareto include:WebCtrl,SiteBuilder,ViewBuilder,LogicBuilder,InterOp3.02, Alert, Draw, EDB, Eikon, Supervision, and Accel Works.

The hourly rate for this position is between **$42.68 - $69.14** per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
