    Job Description

    A client of Insight Global is looking for a Knowledge Management Program Manager. This Program Management role is critical to the team's success. This position enables their Technical Program Managers (TPMs) to concentrate on their specialized tasks by bridging gaps between workstreams, removing obstacles, and ensuring smooth project execution. A key function of this role is the expert utilization of Asana to manage projects, track progress, and report status. This individual will support team members, manage program schedules, and facilitate clear communication within the team and with stakeholders.

     

    Pay Range falls from $$75-$77/hr

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Proven expert-level proficiency in Asana, including project setup, advanced features, reporting, and portfolio management.

     

    Demonstrable experience managing complex projects and programs using Asana as the primary tool.

     

    Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

     

    Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.

     

    Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

     

    Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite): Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.

     

    Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and outcomes.

     

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data visually.

     

    A proactive approach to problem-solving and obstacle removal.
