Job Description

Insight Global is seeking junior and senior candidates for a PMO / Business Analyst role(s) supporting our client's Strategic Initiatives & Engagements (SIE) team. Our client is prestigious global bank and this division of the business is focused on a popular tech-forward consumer credit card undergoing a major acquisition. This role will be pivotal in driving change management, critical projects, and providing support to the SIE team where appropriate.

The primary functions of the role include:

- Tracking the Enterprise Portfolio (EP) roadmap, managing a 1-N list of projects across various functions

- Soliciting program updates from Subject Matter Experts and project owners

- Following up on critical blockers, risks, or issues to ensure timely resolution

- Ensuring regular updates are maintained on Smartsheet and other designated tracking tools

- Setting up and conducting weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly sessions with SMEs and leadership to report on progress and address issues

- Holding change management sessions to ensure appropriate documentation and tracking for any changes or additions to the roadmap

- Reporting changes to executive leadership for approval

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of experience in Business Analyst or Project Management roles for Junior candidates

5-7+ years of experience in Business Analyst or Project Management roles for Senior candidates

- Experience managing, tracking, reporting and communicating to a large SDLC portfolio, particularly for a credit card issuer

- Base knowledge of consumer finance

- Strong project management skills

- Experience with Smartsheet or MS Project

- Expertise in JIRA

- General knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

- Experience with testing, bug resolution, communications, and reporting - Strong experience within the credit card industry, particulary consumer credit cards

- Fintech experience
