Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Financial Operations Analyst for one of our large banking clients. This person will will be responsible for metric reporting, trade validation, reconciliations, reporting, end-of-day controls, and trade amendments. The role requires timely and accurate management of trade validation and substantiation, performing reconciliations and event monitoring for in-scope trades, and handling trade maintenance such as lifecycle events and amendments to ensure trades feed correctly to downstream systems. The analyst will work closely with Front Office, Back Office, and other stakeholders to investigate and resolve trade booking issues, breaks, and failed trades, as well as perform basic trade analytics to resolve queries. Additional responsibilities include producing and distributing daily reports to Trading desks, Business Partners, and Senior Management, managing metrics reporting to supervisors and Front Office, and participating in initiatives across multiple platforms driven by Business and Trade Control to ensure effective implementation and delivery. This role is expected to be performed 5 days per week on-site at our client's location.
