Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Business / Operations Analyst to support a federal program focused on relocation package review, quality control, and compliance validation. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in transactional review, internal controls, quality assurance, or compliance analysis. The Analyst will perform detailed assessments of financial/relocation packages, ensure accuracy and completeness, evaluate adherence to established requirements, and support process improvement initiatives.
Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, track missing information, and maintain high-quality documentation standards. This position is suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a structured review environment.

Skills and Requirements
• Job Requirements:
• An CBP BI/Public Trust
• MUST have a bachelor’s degree
• 3-7 for mid-level or 8-10 YOE for mid-level
• Experience with:
o Transactional or documentation review
o Compliance, quality control, or internal controls testing
o Operational/financial package analysis
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, documentation review, and stakeholder communication
• Ability to follow structured test plans, checklists, or compliance frameworks • • Conduct analytical review of relocation and financial packages
• Validate accuracy of numbers, documentation, and required support
• Follow predefined QC/test plans to ensure packages meet required standards
• Assess documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with guidelines
• Perform due diligence and internal controls–type review activities
• Identify discrepancies and investigate issues through follow-up and stakeholder communication
• Track down missing documentation or clarifications as needed
• Recommend process improvement, streamlining, or standardization opportunities
• Document findings clearly and maintain organized records of QC/analysis results
• Present recommendations and reported findings to internal stakeholders
• Support internal operations, compliance efforts, and quality review initiatives
