    Job Description

    This is new funding position for MBSS Authhub Level 3 team. This position will be part of MBSS Authhub platform APS L3 team.

     

    AuthHub is an omni-channel platform providing cross channel authentication. It provides authentication for external customers including Consumer, Benefits Online (BOL), Merrill Edge, MyMerrill , US Trust, HPS and MBSS applications.

    Prod Support Oncall and Triage activities

    • Oncall support supporting large scale web applications, Oracle databases.

    • root cause analysis of production incidents, triage, and remediation of incidents.

    • FCI Review and Resolution Activities.

    • Batch job support

     

    Gaining SME knowledge on Application Architecture and Flows. Design and monitoring review collaborations.

     

    Monitoring Setup using Splunk and Dynatrace APM.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ Expr in Java/J2EE , Enterprise Web Application Development and Support.

     

    4+ Expr in SQL

     

    4+ Expr in Splunk and APM Dynatrace.

     

    4+ Expr in Linux commands

     

    Highly motivated individual,

     

    Good oral and written communication skills

     

    Good Analytical reasoning.

     

    Current/Previous experience in Application production support teams is a huge plus.
