Job Description
We are seeking an Office Manager for a fast-paced oil commodities and futures brokerage firm seeking to support our broker team through administrative oversight, compliance coordination, and client onboarding. This role blends operational precision with regulatory accountability, offering exposure to trading workflows, contract administration, and executive-level reporting. You’ll ensure the office runs smoothly, champion internal processes, and eventually support sales efforts around proprietary data products. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of oil and gas sector experience, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is eager to grow into a client-facing role. Passing the Series 30 (NFA Branch Manager Exam) is a condition of employment and can be completed within 1 week. This is a full time position with the expectation to be in office 5 days per week based out of Houston, Texas.

Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years in oil & gas or energy in an administrative or relevant role.
• Office administration and compliance experience, financial reporting, payroll and benefits administration.
• Exposure or experience dealing with third party partners or professional firms
• Strong attention to detail, professionally driven and looking to grow into a client focused role.
Series 30 (NFA Branch Manager Examination) certified, or willingness to obtain.
