    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a highly driven Senior Business Analyst to support one of our Financial Services clients. This BA will work directly with a dedicated product team across three key product lines: Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, and Prescription Drug.

     

    In this role, the Sr. BA will play a critical part in shaping business requirements, writing user stories, ensuring CMS‑aligned process accuracy, and driving alignment between product, business, and IT teams. They will help translate complex Medicare business rules into actionable technical solutions and support delivery across multiple initiatives impacting member experience, compliance, and plan operations.

    Skills and Requirements

    Must Haves

    • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting a major health provider or payer

    • Strong proficiency in Jira; experience writing, refining, and tracking User Stories

    • Prior experience supporting a dedicated product team and acting as the liaison between Business and IT

    Bachelor’s Degree Plusses

    • Previous experience supporting a Medicare Product Line

    • Background working within the IT space or on cross‑functional technology projects in a health plan environment

    • Familiarity with CMS regulations, enrollment workflows, claims processing, eligibility, or benefit administration within Medicare programs
