Job Description
A large enterprise is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead architecture governance, portfolio management, business process architecture, and cross‑functional alignment across the technology organization. This role serves as a central authority for Application and Technology Portfolio Management (APM/TPM), business capability modeling, and enterprise process design while chairing key governance bodies such as the Architecture Review Board. The Enterprise Architect will define and enforce architectural standards, maintain enterprise taxonomies, drive modernization and rationalization decisions, and provide hands‑on leadership in solution architecture. This position requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise, strong governance leadership, and the ability to translate architectural insights into actionable business outcomes.
Salary Expectations: 190k-200k/Year

Skills and Requirements
10+ years in IT with 5+ years in enterprise architecture, business architecture, or architecture governance
Strong understanding of EA principles, governance frameworks, capability modeling, and process architecture
Proven leadership in governance bodies (ARB, SGC, TSP, TSC, or similar)
Hands‑on experience with Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Technology Portfolio Management (TPM)
Expertise in lifecycle management, rationalization, integration mapping, and dependency modeling
High proficiency in business modeling: capability maps, value streams, Level 0–4 process models
Experience improving or implementing SDLC, ITSM, BPM, vendor management, and related processes
Ability to produce high‑quality diagrams using Figma, Draw.IO, Confluence, or similar tools
Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, and modern integration patterns
Experience with SAFe, ITIL, COBIT, Lean, or Agile‑at‑scale frameworks
Deep understanding of architecture domains: Business, Data, Applications, Security, Integration, Infrastructure, Observability, BCDR
Hands‑on experience with modern technology landscapes (multi‑cloud, DevSecOps, microservices, integration patterns)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field Hands‑on software development, scripting, or coding experience
Experience running or maturing Centers of Excellence (CoE) or Centers for Enablement (C4E)
Familiarity with enterprise taxonomy management and business‑to‑technology capability mapping
Experience building dashboards, scorecards, and heatmaps for executive reporting
Background supporting audit readiness, compliance, and architectural risk management
Experience facilitating enterprise‑wide workshops, portfolio reviews, and decision forums
Knowledge of modernization strategies, cost optimization, and rationalization frameworks
Experience with enterprise data platforms, observability tooling, or automation frameworks
