Job Description:

Runs data query reports from internal databases to support analysis for strategic planning and performance monitoring. Analyzes and summarizes data using formulas, formatting tables, and creating charts for strategic planning projects, presentations, and reporting. Works collaboratively with the Corporate Planning and Research department for data requests that extend beyond the capabilities of local data tools. Maintains internal databases and periodically updates tables as necessary. Prepares materials, presentations, and documents from templates to support meetings preparation and distribution, including market assessments, strategic planning meetings, and ad hoc projects. Assists planning directors in conducting and assimilating market research information for service line and industry best practices. Coordinates scheduling and assists in facilitating planning meetings with key stakeholders. Assimilates and summarizes qualitative data from key stakeholder meetings, research interviews, and physician surveys. Documents and communicates action items for follow-up. Assists directors in developing content for business plans. Assists in collecting financial data and works with finance in developing pro forma and capital inventories. Other duties as assigned. Maintains dashboards for tracking implementation of strategic plans and business plans.
